Prospa Homes is part of the Weaver Vale Housing Trust family and was launched in 2019 with the aim to exclusively sell homes via shared ownership in Cheshire. Working closely and collaboratively with leading developers, Propsa Homes are making the property market in Cheshire more accessible to those who want to get on the property ladder via Shared Ownership 

Building on our work for Weaver Vale, we have created a number of brochures and advert designs to support the Prospa offering within the marketing of new building developments. Working to Brand Guidelines, we have created a suite of materials that consistently convey the fresh, vibrant Prospa Brand style and resonate with their target market.
